In order to build a trading platform for business transactions with foreign customers and to facilitate exports of goods to foreign markets Wain-Microwave has, by November 2011, completed registration of its import and export right with the SAFE of China and with competent Customs Administration, set up e-ports, accomplished registration of its proposed bank account at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited ("ICBC"), opened a foreign currency account, and obtained import and export permits from competent Bureau of Commerce and import & export business permits from competent Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau .
